Shoot in a beautiful and stylish 100 sqm apartment, almost entirely decorated in the conservative style of the 1970s and 80s.
Make use of the unique atmosphere – a spacious entrance hall, a large living room with a vintage library wall, and authentic retro details create the perfect backdrop for original and nostalgic photo sessions.
Capture your shots in a charming retro kitchen, a warm vintage-style dining room, or a sunlit glazed loggia overlooking lush greenery....
…or in one of the beautifully decorated vintage bedrooms.
The entire apartment is full of beautiful corners perfect for creating unique photo compositions – even the bathroom is stylish and full of character.

PHOTO USAGE RIGHTS – CHOOSE YOUR LICENSE
Commercial Exclusive – The photos are created for a specific client or purpose, ensuring exclusivity.
This includes but is not limited to brand campaigns, fine art sales in galleries, high-end advertising, and
projects where exclusive rights are essential.
Commercial – The photos may be used for commercial purposes such as stock photography, self-
advertising (flyers, online marketing, etc.), photo books, contests, calendars, promotional materials, and paid content platforms (e.g., Patreon, subscription-based websites). The Photographer retains the right
to license or resell the images to other clients.
Non-Commercial – The photos may be used for personal purposes, including personal portfolios, social
media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), non-paid blogs, and other non-monetized uses. The
images cannot be used for direct commercial gain.
