What is a photo tour?

Every weekend we organize photo tours to chosen cities with 2 of our models and a tour manager. We rent a nice and bright apartment where our team is staying, and that can be used as a your shooting location.

What does a tour manager do?

The tour manager is a lady, who takes care of the smooth run of the entire photo tour. She will open the door, show you the location, introduce you the model(s) and make you something to drink. She is there to make you and the model feel comfortable.

What is the minimum booking time and what’s the price?

Minimum booking time is 1 hour and rate starts at 70€/hour.

Can I book both models together?

You can also shoot with both models together, or each model solo. This is totally up to you how you divide your photo shooting.

What rights do I have with the photos?

We have 2 kinds of rights or model releases:
1. Commercial and non-commercial rights. Commercial rights mean you have all the rights to the photos and you can sell them on websites, to third parties, or as stock photos.
2. Non-commercial rights mean you can use photo’s only for your portfolio.
After the photo shooting the model will sign a contract. You can bring yours or you can use ours.
In non-commercial model release it must be mentioned that the photos are not to be sold.

Can I shoot the model in my location?

Of course, the model(s) can also come to you. There might be extra charge for travel expenses, depends on the distance from our apartment.

How to proceed the payment?

You pay cash upon arrival to the tour manager.

Are there any cancelation fees?

We commitment to the services that we provide for you. The time our models invest in a photo tour is valuable and photo shoots are their primary source of income. That is why we have decided to implement a cancellation policy.
After you have booked a shooting with one or more models on our photo tour, you receive a written confirmation with all relevant information. When we have confirmed the shooting, your time slot will be reserved and blocked.
However, if you cancel your time slot, please be aware that we apply the following cancellation fee:

Cancellation period more than 7 days prior to the photo shoot: 20% of the amount
Cancellation between 7 and 2 days prior to the photo shoot: 50% of the amount
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the photo shoot: 100% of the amount

In order to ensure that we continue to deliver the best services and tours in your region, we trust your understanding about the cancellation policy. The fee can be paid by transferring the money to our bank account or via paypal.

Is the photo location all for me?

In case of booking one of our models, there is a chance of another photo shoot in our location with second model. If you book both of our models at the same time, you will have whole location only for you. We always book spacious locations so 2 photo shoots fit without any problem.

Can I get a property release?

All our locations can be used as a shooting locations, the owners know about the event. If you need property release, please let us know in advance.

Is there any equipment on the location?

We try to book bright apartments, however it’s always good to bring an additional flash or lighting equipment. We don’t provide any equipment at the location.

What should I bring with me?

We take care of our models and therefore it’s nice and warm in all our locations. Therefore we advise to wear comfortable and not too warm clothes. You can always change in one of our rooms if you need to.
