projects where exclusive rights are essential.
Commercial β The photos may be used for commercial purposes such as stock photography, self-
advertising (flyers, online marketing, etc.), photo books, contests, calendars, promotional materials, and paid content platforms (e.g., Patreon, subscription-based websites). The Photographer retains the right
to license or resell the images to other clients.
Non-Commercial β The photos may be used for personal purposes, including personal portfolios, social
media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), non-paid blogs, and other non-monetized uses. The
images cannot be used for direct commercial gain.
